Originally established in 1960, by Darrell and Lu Jensen, their privately held company continues to thrive today with a strong tradition of exceptional customer service and high quality sewing products. 1st Sewing Center offers three convenient locations to serve you, a Flagship store is B & J Sewing located at 216 Central Ave. Faribault, MN. In addition, two locations in the Twin Cities Metro area. One is located at 14350 Burnhaven Drive, Burnsville Mn, and another location at 7951 Southtown Center, Bloomington MN.

Additionally, the 1st Sewing Center is a Minnesota VDTA/SDTA (Vacuum & Sewing Dealers Trade Association) Hall of Fame dealership.
