For a limited warranty period of two years on motors, light assembly, wiring, switches, circuit boards, and speed control; and for a limited warranty period of five years on all other parts related to factory defects. Routine service, tension, skipping stitches, etc., are not covered by warranty.

We provided digital instructions manual that you may print or access at any time. Please select your machine model under “Products.” Underneath the machine description on the lower right corner, please located MANUAL and click to access.

  1. Check that the needle is inserted correctly in the machine.
  2. Make sure that the needle is at the highest position.
  3. If any parts of the needle threader are bent or misaligned please have the machine serviced
