Center for Show Off Star

This star can be created scrappy or is a great place to show off a beautiful center fabric.

To create star center out of only one fabric.

• 8 inch block uses 2 inch finished half square triangles cut a 4 ½ inch center square
• 10 inch block uses 2 ½ inch finished half square triangles cut a 5 ½ inch center square
• 12 inch block uses 3 inch finished half square triangles cut a 6 ½ inch center square
• 16 inch block uses 4 inch finished half square triangles cut an 8 ½ inch center square

This block is a great place to show off holiday fabrics, appliqué, or even insert a small pieced block.
